We supply these systems as integration kits or as complete turn-key assembly systems, such as sectional and full panel welders.

These rotary ultrasonic metal weld systems have been specifically engineered to provide continuous welding of non-ferrous metals, at speeds up to, and exceeding 300 meters per minute (application dependent). Amplitude and speed are electronically adjustable to accommodate welding a wide range of material thickness. The Sonic Seam system is available in weld frequencies of 20, 25, 40 and 50 kHz and accommodates weld powers of 400-5000 watts for optimized welding on all suitable applications
